What we collect

• Member portal: your name, road name, email, phone, join date, membership expiry, chapter dues status and any membership document you upload.
• Contact form: the name, email, subject and message you send us.
• Shop and donations: order details and the payment reference you give us. Payments run through Cash App — we never see or store card or bank details.

How it is used and protected

Member information is used only to verify membership, track chapter dues, and run chapter business such as rides, events and orders. Membership documents are stored in a private area that is not publicly reachable; they are opened through short-lived links and are visible only to you and chapter officers.

We do not sell member information, and we do not share it with anyone outside the chapter except where we are legally required to.

Your choices

You can view or update your details in the member portal at any time, replace your membership document, or ask us to delete your account and uploaded document. National membership records are held by the national organization at rrlifestyles.com and are governed by their own policies.
